Promises. Lies. Expectations. Disappointment. Satisfaction.Journey. Discovery. Pain.Irony. Health. Mood. Emotions. Mind. Control. Method. Knowledge.
there has been an universal misconception about one thing. we all think that we are our mind. the truth is, it's not true. our mind is an seperate entity to us. we are not our mind. Let's take a closer look at what the mind is and some of the characteristics which it enbodies.
Our mind lived with us since we are born. it has little control over us when we are still in our 'baby' time. but as we grow older, it gets the better of most of us. in short it's a monster in us that could destroy us if not handled properly.
It has some behavioral traits:
1- It holds internal conversations in our head (like the angel and devil talking in us. something we commonly see in cartoons.
2- It likes to make judgements. 'He looks cute!' is a common one. There are worst but i shall not go into that.
3- It loves to compare. one of it's top favourite. 'How i wish i am as tall as him....' sounds familiar?
4- Dramatising our life situations. What is simplicity!? Let's go for an car accident! How abt tripping over an banana and break a bone or two. Top on it's list.
5- Thinking incessantly. Ever found yourself in situation whereby you cant stop thinking even when you are fucking tired and need a break from all that 'work'? Good luck to you.
6- Thinking negatively. 65% of what comes from that side is not positive.
7- Dwells into the past and future but never on the present moment, which is what's most important in our life. If you look back at the times which you looked into the past or think abt somethings in the future that might happen but has yet happen? How often do you feel positive emotion from those thoughts? Tell me about it.
8- Get all too emotional and likes being emotional. Shows how it's going to make you a big and 'mature' person. All the best if you continue associating yourself to this 'great' pal of yours.
When i first found out about this scary truth, i was scared. i was like, wtf. do i need to be exocised or sumthin? damn... fortunately the way out aint that tough as it might seem. atleast u and i dun need to hire an exocist yet? freak it aite.
ok, let me show some other examples of people who lost themselves to their 'best' pal, the devil living in ya.
Ever see people you jUDGEd as 'CRAZY' shouting vulgarities all over anybody going near them or just simply talking to themselves like some people are talking to them? Look at point No. 1 abv on the Mind's characteristics. These people you see are just ADVANCE stages of things went out of control. These people have basically lost their souls to their mind that took over not without permission from the 'previous' owner of the body that held a soul. Great example of the living dead, just like a zombie, waiting to be withered and blend with the soil. Talking out loud is a projection of what's going on in the minds of that person holding an internal conversation. The only difference is, Internal and External Projection. So everyone of us are more or less to a certain extend, insane too.
Who here likes to bitch around =]. well it's simply your mind doing what it likes best. All the best to you, we are talking about how, bit by bit your mind is taking grounds over you like a virus spreading in you, slowly and deadly. People who make concious decisions not to behave the way their mind wants them to, eventually gain control over their life. They are the powerful people out there. They are the happy people out there. They control their own life's circumstances. not the other way round.
Feeling all miserable even when you are all well and alive? Your mind says, well what should we do next, How abt feeling sad first then angry =p. ah i know, to add a little drama, how abt cutting our wrist. you know what i am talkin abt.
Wanna feel sad ? it's easy, look back into a PAST relationship. how long do you want to feel sad. 1hr, 1 month and start feeling all depressed? How abt this. You broke something that you know is something precious to your mother. The next thing that you will do is make a short Projection into the FUTURE. fuck she is going to drill a hole in my head. You feel all worried and yr mood dampened. When she comes back, saw the mess, gives you a pad to tell you how much she values you more. You just screwed yourself for nothing. when Living in the PRESENT, the NOW of TIME is much more fufilling than anything else in this world you find gratifying.
NOthing gives you eternal bliss other than to be able to live in the NOW. Because NOW is forever. The only time you truely know that you are alive and still living in this beautiful world. The past is dead. it is no longer real. what is NOW IS REAL. Dont waste time in the PAST ANYMORE. YOU ARE WASTING YOUR NOWs, your life. FEARING DEATH is a great example of living in the fear of FUTURE. fuck, you are alive now, the fuck with future. live this moment like the last. You never know what's going to happen tmr, next week. so fuck it.
Love anything that is presently surrounding you like it's the first time you are experiencing it, everytime. every experience is new. your hse, a book in your shelf, your parents infront of you.
The joy is lasting and lasts forever. Love for all blooms. There's no longer color, race or religion. all are brothers and sisters.
when you stop judging others you are setting your soul free of more fresh breathing air to inhale love into you and breath out love to others ard you. never will you feel such satisfaction from freeing yourself to judging others. most importantly, stop judging yourself. You are your worst critic. sounds familiar. nobody in this world other than yourself can pad you on your should and carry yourself up and start walking again after a fall. nobody is more reliable than yourself. you got to be your best buddy when nobody else seem to care. fresh air, go for it. the moment you made a judgement on something or someone else, you are prevented from living in the PRESENT moment. and at the very same moment, you are being judged too. so the more you do it the more trapped you become.
pens off for now.

The feeling.
That's besides the point though ha. It's not really so much about what happens in the fight, as while fighting you dun really have time to feel, you just have to keep 'doing' and never think lol. And that was what I did in that match that somewhat earned me my lost. In the ring, start thinking of what to do next is The End. what one needs to do is just fight and just fight. Dont kill the match, yr match, yr chance of Victory.
Nevertheless the time which you can 'feel' the most within yourself is the period of time before you step inside the ring. It's not a feeling people get to experience in one person's normal day. But, but, if you a criminal on the run, maybe, maybe we felt the same rush of adrenaline, fear and nervousness that's almost uncontrollable regardless of how confident you might be. Cold sweat will start flowing out of you like a drug addict under going a cold turkey phase while trying to kick away the drug addiction.
The night before? sometimes sleeping becomes a problem too ha. And that's not really good you know, when rest before the match is one of the most crucial factor ha. Some cant even sleep, I dunno. It would continue until say, 10mins before the fight itself. That, was some work itself.
Then, that match itself, when I stepped into the ring, all the fear and anxiety vanished. It was then replaced by a feeling of bliss, and even joy haha... unfortunately it got a little sleepy too haha... and the sense of excitement came in too. It was like, I finally made it up here, again. I was once again in charge of my life. I took control and did what I had to do many times over what I missed.
I won, too.

Checkout My Army Daze!
Memories of moi army daze =] so fast and it's going to be the 3rd month since I ord =] looking back it's just like a student missing those good old school days after they enter the working industry where once in awhile they still get an holiday break. For me, I dun really miss the school days, army days were my 'school' equivilent. It's a place where I experience what I didnt get to experience or should have while in school. Friendship, teamwork, cooperation, initiative, assertiveness, discipline, responsibility, passion are the things I get to exercise or made to exercise while in my days in 8SAB (SINGAPORE ARMOUR BRIGADE) . My Ops Wo would be the one who acts like a father figure, taking care of all the Man and Sgt discipline issues and issueing punish orders for us to 'suffer' and have something moan & groan about, ensuring that our determination to leave army get stronger by the day. Oh yes, that means I learnt determination skill there too. =P In camp, sometimes Yen Ran, Min Hui and myself would engage in mini fighting sessions in our bunk area to practice our Muaythai skills... Punching the hell out of each other until we tire out then we will call it a day. Den we haf Mr Dennis.. our king 'funny man' cum joke king ha. Never fail to make people laugh and always kickass with his Karate skills.. He never fail to impress me with his wit and kicking and fighting skills. Then we haf my goodiest buddy, Peter, a little f***up (in a funny way) at times but is always the one covering up my ass for me when I came up with new 'Stunts' haha.. well atleast he tried his best? But trust me sometimes he is more lor-sor than any aunties you can find out there and always kenna beat up by Dennis, myself and Thomas becoz of that lol... Even the last day we are still beating him hmmm. Sometimes he would go berserk and go kicking and punching us back =p oh well. As for Bracer, he is our Mr Animation in camp and No. 1 anti-ns personal there. Siva, our armskote man, better treat him well or dun ever think of getting your clearance signed when you are going to ord ha. He is a super nice guy who is very optimistic. Prash is our cheetah in the camp... Runs like his life depended on it and always talking abt nutrition until head become so small. Not forgetting Danny, our RP, a good buddy of mine who likes cars and military weapons and system alot. He would share with me those knowledge and teach me a little of his family kungfu that he used in the streets before. Then we haf Terence Chung ha, also a good slacking buddy of mine ha. Goes to gym and always looking at getting his 6 pack up. Lastly , we haf my understudy Nicolas, a Taekwondo blackbelt holder ok...... ha. Not bad for a understudy. He passed his ippt!! Came together with him is YY(Yao Yu) and Quek (another nicolas) . Always enjoy their company and have a good laugh together... =] Let's meet up again sometime soon people! ;) That's all folks! Cheers!

Dining at Kintamani Indonesian Restaurant @ Furama
In tune with our 8th month anniversary, I brought dear dear to dine with me at Kintamani Indonesian Restaurant at Furama Riverfront Hotel. Can take bus 123 from Tiong Bahru MRT and alight about four stops later when you see Riverview Hotel. Just cross the bridge and walk ahead and there you have it, Furama Riverfront.
Using Buffetclub membership card which I have I was able to dine 1 for 1 (2 person dine, one person complimentary) at Kintamani at Furama Riverfront or Tiffany at Furama City Centre as these two Hotels are currently having promotions, whereby a Buffetclub member can bring up to 8 guest including him/herself and enjoy 1 for 1 for the 8 people. That would mean only 4 person are chargable for the meal. This promotion last till 31st August!
I waited for dear dear(June baby) at her work place before we headed to Furama together. So while waiting for dear dear as she finishes her last whrisp of work, I called to make an reservation with the restaurant, hee..
When we reach there, we were a little surprised that it wasnt as big as we think it would be but fortunately for us, the food was good and Kintamani was a place that made both of us feel comfortable and relaxed. It served Halal food so my Malay friends if want to try out a decent Buffet, you can give Kintamani a try! We sat down, ate and chat and it was a wonderful night for the both of us.
Took cab and were on our way home after we took our Ice cream desert and fruits section. Home sweet home.....

My dear and I
We have been together for 7months now.... and on the 8th July 2007 is going to be our 8th Month anniversary together... We have really been through alot of ups and downs together... at times I was really unreasonable and even like what many would say, demanding as a bf.. I dunno why.. maybe becoz i think I am worth that amt of 'care' or 'attention'? is it wrong? I hope she dun feel that being with me is something that will become a sort of pain in the butt or whatever, hmm reminds me of the new drink in the market that does not really need much of an advertisement for it to sell well eh?
Nevertheless just my dear dear's luck la, to have me as her bf... rite dear? =P bleah. But still i do my best as to what i can do for her too yeah... contribute when there is a need to, apologise when things get blown out of proportion, pamper when expiry date is due.

She does alot of things for me too... many, too many to list... and is always proud to say, "see, this i also do for you... what haf you done for me? humpt!" yup, like i didnt do anything at all -_- oh well... nobody dun complain when they are in a relationship isnt it. Parts and parcel...
Nevertheless(again)<---- addicted to this word., I would like to thank my dear gal, June sweetie pie Lim HUI JUN =) for her love, support, that she had given me and efforts she put into our relationship... There's nothing more i can ask for really but will continue to ask? :) wad to do, i am a da nan ren de ren.... um below is a picture of us =]

Bruises
A bruise is an area of skin discoloration. A bruise occurs
when small blood vessels break and leak their contents into the soft tissue beneath the skin. There are 3 types of bruises.
1. Subcutaneous - beneath the skin.
2. Intramuscular - within the belly of the underlying muscle.
3. Periosteal - bruising of the bone.
Bruises can last from days to months, with the bone bruise being the most severe and painful.
Bruises are often caused by falls, sports injuries, car accidents, or blows received by other people or objects. If you take a blood thinner, like aspirin or warfarin (Coumadin), you are likely to bruise more easily.
The main symptoms are pain, swelling, and skin discoloration. The bruise begins as a pinkish red color that can be very tender to touch. It is often difficult to use the muscle that has been bruised.
For example, a deep thigh bruise is painful when you walk or run. Eventually, the bruise changes to a bluish color, then greenish-yellow, and finally returns to the normal skin color as it heals.
Bruises Home Remedies
Treat bruises using potatoes - Potatoes contain an enzyme called catecholase which is found in most cosmetic products. It is used to lighten the skin. Peel a potato and
run it through your processor. Put the processed on a piece of cheesecloth and place it over the bruise. This is also good for them dark circles under the eye.Ice - Use an ice pack to treat any injury that might lead to a bruise. The ice pack will need to be applied as quickly as possible following the injury and treatment continued for 24 hours if you suspect that the bump will blossom into a severe bruise. Apply the ice pack at 15-minute intervals. Cooling constricts the blood
vessels, and that means less blood spills into the tissues to cause the bruise. A cold pack also minimizes the swelling and numbs the area, so it won't hurt as much as a bruise left unchilled.Heat - After applying the ice pack for 24 hours, use a heat pack to dilate the
blood vessels and improve circulation in the area of the bruise.Sit with your feet up - Bruises are little reservoirs of blood. Blood, like any liquid will run down if you are standing. Blood that has collected in a bruise will seep down through soft tissues and find other places to puddle.
Vitamin C - Add vitamin C to your daily diet. People who lack vitamin C in their diets tend to bruise more easily. And their wounds heal more slowly.
Vitamin C helps build protective collagen tissue around blood vessels in the skin. If you tend to bruise easily, it is suggested you take 500mg of vitamin C each day.Watch the medications - People who take aspirin to protect against heart disease will find that a bump turns into a bruise very easily. Some people taking blood thinners will find they bruise easily, too. Other drugs such
as anti-inflammatory drugs, antidepressants, or asthma medicines can inhibit clotting under the skin and cause larger bruises. Alcoholics or drug abusers tend to bruise easily, too.

Back pain blues?
Rest on a firm surface for several hours to treat and alleviate symptoms of a strained back. Anti-inflammatory medications (such as ibuprofen) can help, and stretching and strengthening of the back muscles is important to avoid another back injury.
Sleep and heal method.
Sleep in a curled-up, fetal position with a pillow between your legs. If you usually sleep on your back, place a pillow or rolled towel under your knees to relieve pressure.
Monkey Bar method
Hang yourself on the chin up bar like you are going to chin up but instead hang loosely, allowing your body to be pulled down by the gravitational force while maintaining your grip. So as you hang loose, propel your legs in clockwise and anti clockwise motion like a helicopter. upon doing it correctly you will feel the lengthening effect on your spine, which are sounds of your spine 'cracking' and then you'll go aHHH~ shiok... type of feeling. Please note that when your hands are in pain while hanging on the bar, please, please, let go. What's the point of curing the back pain in exchange for wrist or hand pain?! =D
This exercise actually puts the probably out of place joints in your spine back into it's original position and also help release trapped energy in that region. In fact quite alot of hip twisting activities as such helps to release trapped energy. Nevertheless there is one more exercise which i would like to recommend that I learnt from a yoga book that 'talked' abt solving back pain problem.
This is an exercise which you can do while lying down on a mat or bed but preferably on a flat surface. While lying flat, put your feet together. Bend your knees such that it forms a 90degree angle then lift up with your back still flat on the bed/mat, forming an inverted L shape. With both legs together, let it fall slowly but steadily to the left side then back up to the center then, to the right side and repeat. While dropping yr legs from the left to the right, do keep your upper body facing up at all times! Like the Monkey Bar Method, you would like the hear the cracking sound from your lower back then it would be considered effective. :)
All those exercises which i haf suggested probably would be hard to solve the back pain permanantly as we haf to pluck out the root of the problem, the actual cause of the back pain. Here i am going to share with you one great possibility of why you are suffering from a back damn pain. :)
Indigestion.
When a person suffers from indigestion, it also means that the person's intestine is piled up with shit that cant be disposed of the body 'on-time!' horribly incorrigible -_-. when that happens it actually expand the intestine thus when the loads gets to big for comfort and pushes outward in such a way that it touches the spine, resulting the spine to push outwards too putting it in contact with the nerves around tat region. So wala!! You got yr back pain! =) This is a personal experience so i can tell you, this information is 110% true. I had back pain so bad getting up from bed had been a torment. That desperation led me to seek solution. I knew i needed dem and fast. :) I had my share. But the good thing is i did manage to overcome tis problem i had through research and finding alternative methods other than medication which doesnt usually deal with the core of the problem that solved my problem so that's why i would like to offer these suggestions which i think I belief would help those who are in pain and desperate to rid off this extra freaking hair pulling ordeals :).
On how to digest well i did write some tips in my blog in one of my entries =)

Overcoming your Mentrual Cramps ;)
Drugs tat can help and highly recommended:
Ibuprofen. It work best to relieve mentrual cramps, and they may also take the edge off breast pain and the diarrhea that go along with cramps. That's because these drugs prohibit the formation of Prostagladins, chemicals that cause muscle cramps and pain.
The trick to easing your pain is to take medications at the very onset of pain or discomfort and repeat every six hours untill the pain subsides.
Exercise routines, practiced throughout your cycle, but particularly a few days before the onset of your period may help reduce pain by lowering your levels of prostagladins. Exercise also helps to keep the blood flowing in your pelvis, easing that heavy and bloated feeling.
Exercise is a muscle tension reducer and a mood elevator, and it may reduce mentrual cramps by improving circulation in the pelvic organs, experts say. If you are walking, strike a relaxed pose that lets you swing your hips and arms freely and lets you breathe rhythmically.
Exercise can help by raising the level of beta endorphins, which are chemicals in the brain associated with pain relief.
----------------------------------------------------
One of the best exercise include cycling with your legs up in the air. It helps stretch your body.
Stretch your iliopsoas. The iliopsoas are three muscles (major, minor and iliacus) on both sides of your pelvis, stretching from your lower spine to your femur - the upper thigh bone.
Exercise: In a partial side lunge, spread your feet apart and turn your body over the trailing leg, partially bending the knees, then lunge to the other side and repeat. This stretches and limbers the hips and other joints but doesnt vigorously compress or stretch the abdomen.
Try this yoga pose:
Sit on the floor with your back erect. Bend your knees, keeping them as close to the floor as possible. Bring your feet together, sole to sole, making a diamond shape with your legs. Keeping your back straight, breath in, then slowly bend forward as you exhale. Breathe in and straighten. Repeat several times--feel yourself sink lower with each exhalation.
Curl up in a ball. Another yoga pose that's a sure-bet cramp reliever. Kneel, den sit back so that your buttocks rests on heels and bend forward to rest your chest on your thighs. Place your forehead on the floor, with your arms stretched in back of you so that your hands are by your feet. if your head doesnt touch the floor comfortably, rest it on your folded arms. Breathe normally, and as you exhale, imagine your whole body becoming more limb and relaxed.
Eating habit
Try to eat smaller, more frequent meals. A lot of food causes blood sugar to rise and fluctuate. Instead of eating 3 large meals, eat 5 to 6 meals a day, each about 2 and a half hours apart.
Reduce sale intake: To prevent water retention that causes bloating. Also, avoid liquor and other alcoholic beverages to reduce headaches.
Learn to relax. Rest, sleep and relaxation exercises can help reduce the pain and discomfort. A relaxing massage by your partner on you would be great too. You can do it anyway you want it. One of the ways is to rub the abdomen and massaging of your back. The key is to be creative. :P A relaxing warm bath after that may also help.
Other steps :
1. Relax muscles.
2. Take a hot bath or place a hot water bottle on your stomach and lower back.
3. Breathe deeply and listen to soothing music.
4. Get some exercises. Swimming and walking are good because they are gentle and non-stressful.
5. Avoid standing for long periods of time if your lower back hurts.
6. Massage your lower back to relieve tension and pain.
7. Eat Calcium-rich food such as Yogurt or leafy green vegetables
8. Monitor your intake of salt, sugar and caffeine.
9. Take calcium and magnesium supplements to relax muscle and provide pain relief.
10.Add a high potency B-complex vatamin to your diet. Vitamin B6 is especially impt, but take no more than 100mg per day.
11. Herbal supplements such as viburnum opulus or cramp bark for cramping relief.
Waking up with a headache?
* Sitting up suddenly from you sleeping position. For example you remembered tat you forgot to do something and jump up from your bed. That would cause a jerk which would trigger a headache. so if you wan to get up from bed, do it slowly. Jerking from time to time would shock the brain thus resulting in a bad way to start your morning. it's, it's simply not worth it..
* Bathing right after you wake up. What happens when you just wake up from your sleep? What would happen is that your 'pores' on yr head would begin to widen. so if you bath while it is still wide open, chances are, water would seep in resulting in water being sucked into the scalp and trapped when the pores relaxes and closes up. With that, you'll surely be in for a bad head'day' day.
* Have a fan blowing on your head for an entire night. According to the old folks this action will cause you to suffer from 'Tao Hong!' 'Tao' means head and 'Hong' means wind. Direct translation in England means, windy head. You dun wan a windy head i can assure you, you will be screaming in pain like a 'taohong' another meaning for 'siao lang' or(mad person).
* Lastly, if you sleep under direct sunlight hitting yr head, it might award you with a headache upon yr reverie. Not to worry though as you will not develop a 'sun head'. Maybe just a little more tan and with head feeling big and heavy.
So just incase you wonder why and how headaches come abt during the morning or when you just wake up? These are the possible reasons. :)
Disclaimer: All the facts presented are just some of my personal knowledge from sources which either came from old folks, research materials as books or from the internet i stumble across or from friend's or my personal experiences. I do not claim them to be all accurate! Just some discoveries.

Fruits that Heal by Tan Li Ann
Papaya

Papaya is a great Detoxifier. Ever so often it is beneficial to flush our body system of parasites and she recommends a teaspoon of its peppery tasting seeds once a week. It helps to get rid of threadworms and stomach fluke.
And if you have digestive conditions, papaya is increasingly marketed as a supplement to support digestion, especially of protein. It is full of a substance called papain, which is a digestive enzyme. The greener the fruit is, the more papain it contains.
It is said that papaya seeds can do us alot of goods so maybe you can start including papaya seeds in your diet to improve yr health! =)
Guava, Multi-Purpose Healer

“The Malays believe guava helps with dengue fever to purify your blood. They believe in drinking guava juice. That helps to keep the parasites out of your blood so that the blood platelets do not drop and so there is a lower chance of getting malaria,” explains Anwari.
Current scientific studies indeed show that guava has an anti-malarial action. The juice and especially the tea from the leaves kills many nasty pathogens such as bacteria, fungi, yeast and amoebas, it even stops diarrhea resulting from these microscopic pests. Guava juice is particularly safe for infants with diarrhea.
Thais have a fondness for guava too because of its purported benefits with diabetes. Again, studies confirm this and more. Guava has been shown to lower blood pressure, reduce blood sugar, decrease general cholesterol levels while increasing good cholesterol levels (high density lipoprotein). It also has heart protective qualities. Tests on rats show that guava leaf or juice does not have any toxic effects.

For The Constipated and Indigestabled Here are some tips
1. Back pain might result due to spine contact with the nerves along that region when the intestine is overloaded with waste resulting it to push outwards hitting the spine.
2. Cancer. Due to the pile up of waste in the body an inability to rid them off the system, toxins is contained in your body and flows free flow in your entire system. In the long run your body cells which lives on oxygen is deprived of their only food source but filled and drowned in toxins. So in order to survive, they haf to mutate so that they can survive without their only source of food, oxygen. The result of them mutating, turn them into cancer cells. it's simple as that.
There are many other bad outcomes that will come with bad digestion of our body. Eg. Fatigue and inability to concentrate jus to name a few more. Nevertheless here are the tips! :)
Tip 1.
When you drink, dun eat.
Drinking while eating will dilute the digestive acid as it is being produced while you are eating therefore it will slow down the digestive process which might lead to a, er, a slow down in digestion process..
if you really need to drink, drink 20-30mins before and after yr meals. That way, your water is absorbed into your system more smoothly and comfortably too. Also, you ll no longer feel bloated or full half way through your meals. That means you ll get to eat everything and not waste any food! more imptly the taste of the food will be more obvious and therefore means tat it'll be more tasty too. :)
Tip 2.
Do breathing exercises.
First, Breath in through your nose for 6 seconds continuously down to your diaphram(stomach), see it 'grow'. Hold your breath of whatever amt of air you taken in for the next 20- 25secs den blow out through your mouth for 11secs. Do abt 5 sets per day while in toilet when you need the extra 'push' or jus anywhere when you are free. you ll sure to see an improve in your output in 10 days time.
With that, your body dun haf to work OT while you are sleeping but helping you repair your body and recharge it thus you ll experience more energy and zest to begin the next day with! For guys, your body will den haf more time to allocate soldiers to increase the sperm count in your body and fatigue would be less likely to set in after you shagged! :p
Tip 3.
Avoid diary products.
It basically clogs up the system like a pool of pig oil left in a bowl for very long and forming into whitish jelly. It gets hardened up and clogs your system in jellyish form, preventing your intestine from absorbing nutrients like vitamins etc into yr system.
From studies, milk or diary products increase the risk of breast cancer in women too. So ladies out there, take dem at your own risk!
So instead of taking these 'food' grapes and beans are great alternatives.
Tip 4.
Drink one/two glasses of water upon reverie.
This works wonders... i dunno it jus spurs your stomach to flush it out jus so much easily , working like a perfect lubricant :) for the googoos to slide out with ease and poise ha. remember, it only works immediately after you wake up. :) Water when used correctly can do magic ;). It's proven~
more to come....

My cousin Soon Huat..
On the first day of new years day I jus saw him at my grandma's place, he was smiling and enjoying the festive season... but jus a few days back, on the 24th Feb 2007 he passed away in a bike accident along a road near changi airport.. his bike flung and there goes his life too... his fren whom he is riding survived. He is such a hardworking, filial and good boy... it's really sad to see him go like tis... i am really sad tat he has to leave us like tat... tis fast... he is jus 24 tis year! his mum, brother and father are the 3 most devastated... when i saw dem my heart totally crumble and jus broke into tears when i was at his wake. our always tend to compare images whereby a person looks when he was still alive and lively and when he is no longer alive and motionless... it jus sucks to even think abt it... those who are older and still alive feel the guilt of being still alive... it's like wad did he do to deserve a thing like tat!!?? and I am still alive!? tat sort of thing... it shouldnt have happened... he has yet lived and do so much things... saded....
jus one new year and so many things can happen... not many good things for all i know for a start... hopefully things ard me will turn oout for the better as we go along...

Back to training
And there were a few updates that I got abt our club, Hilltop Muaythai. The previous location, Ferra Park which we train at on every Tuesday and Thursday is no longer er taking place. Instead, my sifu has told me that he has secured a new location at East Coast Park, by a seafood Restaurant. Now, that sounds exciting... It was said that there would be a Ring (Boxing Ring) just by the Seafood Restaurant where a space would be given to us to train too. By allowing us to train there on every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday it is sort of by condition that we perform for the Restaurant every Saturday as a way to draw crowd for the eating place. I suppose it's a great deal. There we will haf sandbag training facilities etc.. and best of all we can do the Jogging or running warm ups at east coast park whereby so many babes would roam... NOw you see wad i am talking abt .... =P But still our original Training location at Bukit Batok Nature Reserve park remains the same for days Mon, Wed, Fri.
So there was it, me training with my buds, doing the usual 'hill runs' knuckle push up cum 5 finger push up, 5 sets of 3min skipping, 3 sets of 20 crunches, 3 sets of 2min neck tilt for strenthening of the neck area de muscle, and 3 sets of 3 min of Shadow boxing.
After our warm up session we proceeded to kicking and punching pads till time ran out and time to go home... err i mean back to camp. we were shakled but enjoyed ourselves thoroughly. Had my second dinner at a coffee shop near the Bukit Batok MRT den we proceeded to an most unexpected drama that followed... Anyway I ate Bar Chor Mee, Guang ate Ban Mian and Yen Ren ate er something else.
FOr wad exactly happened after tat i can only tell you personally, that is if you are keen to find out :) i can leave one Clue though: Stains were left behind..... I lost my specs too.. Great... How interesting.. -_- now my muscles are aching too.. =]
So while in camp, since last night till this afternoon i had to walk ard seeing things in a blur. I was thinking that i might haf to live through like that till weekend till i reach home.. Fortunately i had someone to my rescue, June that is =) she bought a box of contact lenses and passed it to me all the way to my camp wor.. quite touched la =]. Thank you wor June gal. GOt food somemore ... =P so good.
May yesterday's start after 3months of break be one that brings me to a great beginning of consistent training that will take me to a higher level. =)

2007 - The Beginning and what lies ahead
Hmmm my Birthday jus past. To be specific it's on the 15th Jan and i am born in the year 1984~ =] Har... so fast and I am err 23 already? Nevertheless i did haf an happy Celebration wif ma family abt 2 days b4 the actual day.. My Elder sister, Jing Jia, her Husband Qing Bing, together with my Elder Brother, Jian Ming and my parents actually remembered the 23rd year of existence on earth!? =P Kinda glad that they remembered in a way. Anyways it seems like a good start~ It begun with 2 angbaos, one from my dad and one from ma mum. Hopefully this will signify that I will have a year with no money worries or less also can? And on the 15th itself i got a surprise from June! ha. She actually ordered a cake from Angie's Choice and haf it delivered to ma hse =) quite sweeta. What came with it was a Bouquet of erm Sunflower? =p and some vouchers too. It was a super nice chocolate cake yummy yummy.. salivating while i am typing this down even.. *drools*
-The Army-
As of now I am still in the army, a place that by rite or left a place that turn boys into a man yea? ha. That was the bad news. Nevermind, the good news is, it's ending soon~! =] and it'll end rite on May the 7 2007 on a Monday.. My Birthday also falls on a Monday tis year lei. Dunno wad it means but who cares. =p Well, like my Birthday, it'll be day of significance, it'll be a day when I officially collect back my pink I/C and a time for me to move on to another stage of my life.. A time I collect and take with me all the valuable experiences and memories which I had while I was in BMT and Unit in 8SAB (Singapore Armour Brigade)into the new world of possibilities. Though at times things were tough and undesirable while in army I did learn a significant lot during my stay especially in my current camp. I experienced what people said was team work and friendship, going through problems and learning to overcome dem and the sorts. It's quite funny at times to see myself struggling and get through certain situations which i haf no choice but to live through. From there I suppose i learnt to be more brave when or if i were to face any adversity that may come my way. It'll be a part of my life which I ll remember until the day that I ORD ba.... but doesnt mean after ord forget everything abt the army la =P
-Moving on-
The Army is certainly only a milestone and it is. I got to move on! My life doesnt stop in army... -_- The first thing or the most common question that I know people will ask fresh graduates or soldiers going to ORD is, "so what are you going to do after that har?".
I will go to work, that's my answer. At the moment I am exploring my options which infact a haf a few to consider and I that's good. I feel more comfortable to know that somehow in a way or the other I do haf a choice. =] The few things or careers for the matter that I am looking at is either:
-To be a Car sales agent
-To be a Racer (One that race on the racing tracks not those illigal ones =])
-A Fighter (You know what i am talking abt...)
-An entertainer in the entertainment industry. (Clowning, miming etc.. quite enjoyable at times ha)
I haf a officer in camp. He told me that I should do whatever that I haf interest in while i am still young. This is the time to jus do anything that I feel is what i like so den in the future when i look back and even if things didnt go perfectly well there will be no regrets. That's what I'll do. =] Think it's going to be an exciting journey~
-Getting of my driving license- =D
What can I say, I am almost half way through! Just passed my advance theory test last week -_- after 3 attempts. So superlicious fantastic isnt it =P But ya like one of my new fren Hui ling told me, it's the end result that counts! I made it that's wat matters. ;) Cant agree more~! So now it's jus the booking of TP and den taking the final practical test. Vroom... =P Well I just hope to pass it before my army ends.
-Goals and wants-
I do haf a few Wants, to-dos or Goals whatever you call that. They are namely:
-Eye surgery (Lasik) so that I can get a perfect or near perfect eyesight.
It can allow me to fight and perhaps drive without much worries that if my contact lenses or spectacle will drop off? It'll bring me lots of convenience that's for sure. =)
-Driving and motor license.
-Get drunk jus for the experience and maybe puke in the process.. anybody?
-Become more fit physically. Just like er Huang fei Hong?? =p you are reading his blog now btw. =P
-That's all. =P For now.
