About being in Business

Have any of you thought about becoming a businessmen or businesswomen some day? If your answer is anything from a resounding YES! to a Maybe? or I dunno? continue to read anyway.

Do you know what is a must have, such that you even stand a chance to succeed in any business venture that you step into? Here are a few very important things that you need to know.

1. You MUST have integrity. Integrity simply means, doing what you say you will do .
2. You must take good care of your body. For without good health, you wont have the energy to make a follow up call, go warm your market or even get up to kick start the day in the right direction by getting out of your bed. Without good health, success is impossible.
       Simple tips to be in the pink of health.
         1. Carry weights for about 30 mins a day.
         2. Eat organic food as often as possible.
3. No T.V or reading of News. What's the first thing you see in the headlines? An accident, disaster or rape etc? How often do you find good news reported? Hardly. The last thing we need is pollution of uncessary thoughts into our system. It's a waste of time too btw. Unless you think or feel it can get you nearer to achieving your goals.
4. Adopt the attitude of KAIZEN. Learn ceaselessly. Very simply because we don't know what we don't know. Learn new things, anything. One derive satisfaction from ones own progress.
5. Whatever you feel, remember to always get up dress up and show up. For it is those who constantly apply such principle and constantly show up that make the cut.
6. Belief (Love) what you do.
7. Celebrate other's successes. By mocking at others successes send your subconcious mind a sublimal message that success = no good. So don't ever create a self conflicting environment within yourself that will hinder your progress towards your ultimate goal of becoming a successful individual / biz person etc.
8. Be grateful. This one is so important. For it is with this emotion that people attract abundance into their lives. What you get in your life is what you have given attention to. So if you focus on LACK, good luck my friend, more of that is coming your way.
9. Celebrate milestones. Coz if you dont, forget about achieving the next and the next and the next milestone.


It is not all but i belief these few will be sufficient for a start if you are a budding entreprenuer or one to be. For those who are already practicing these principles i hope it will serve as a reminder for you.

"Let it not be a stopping stone, but a stepping stone."

Keep going as we are destined to walk on earth as Kings and Queens and not just as a average human being in our stay here!

2013 - What is to come and in the pipeline

Wow i have been absent from the blog for almost a good 2 years. Well now i am back ! Thanks to Ms Jingles (Jing Na) in ma office. A colleague whom i chat with via communicator once in a very often moon. We have things in common. really. Like, we talk to ourselves sometimes 0_o.

Havent been attending regular boxing training for about a year ++ due to many many factors... Still, i will meet up with some friends like Zach, Edgar, another french guy or my morrocan friend to do skipping, hit the pads or do some sparring. Fun when i come out of it tops ha..

well another things that i am working on that kinda like i am not suppose to, as i work in the ministry is something related to travel. this is wad is spend quite a bit of time in now and thus my setting aside of other things etc. Learnt alot and made some too. not sure if i should be put it here even but yeah . Here goes nothing! But I will post it only in my next blog =P

Name change. My name is officially changed from Jimmy Quek Jian Tai to Jimmy Peh Yong Jun. Peh because my father's father, when entering Spore had a mixed up and came into the country as Quek instead of Peh. and so we took the wrong surname till my generation until my dad decided it's time to ren zhu qui zong that we begin to one by one change back to our original surname. How abt my name then, to yong jun. Here's the reason. very simply coz kids or even friends and family members would make fun of me by reversing my name etc. which will make it sound like a guy without dick ... u know... it gets irritating but u cant do much? Change it =p. Nontheless I hope for a change in luck. For things to be smoother etc. So far so good man.

First Aider.

End of da day.
At the end of the day i have dreams and aspirations, and my dreams and aspiration is definitely not to work for 40 hours a week for 40 years of my life like everybody else. I want to breakfree! Remember that oldie? =] Ok i am hungry now.............. time fer lunchie........
