I started Qigong abt 3 weeks ago.
My health has since improved and the training has helped me in my Boxing training too! It's that amazing.
I used to go for Boxing training after a day of work, tired and hungry. Now, with more Qi (Life energy in our body). I am able to last the whole training with the ability to sustain throughout the whole training. No longer do I drag myself through the lesson, hoping I could do better when my body is obviously tired. I get the training I need and muscles worked to it's max potential!
Let me highlight some of the benefits of the Qigong I am learning.
-Learning Qigong will give you more Qi to bring you through any activity through the day without much of a problem.
-It solves bone and joint problems
-Gastric problems can be solved with the practice of the Qigong I am currently learning too.
-The first thing it does to you when u start practicing is that it helps you digest so much better, clearing yr bowels timely, allowing you to feel great and ready for the day ahead. By having your bowels cleared, the toxins are cleared of your body leaving you a healthier person who feels less fatigue which is a common 'problem' experienced by most of us nowadays.

It will be really good if you ask your ah ma or ah gong to learn to solve all the common joint problems they have.
