Shit wad shit? Most people i see nowadays can't even shit! Ok, in a more layman term, shit, meaning moving the bowels. Yes, that means going to the TOILET to do your thing, by shaking it all out man... But there's problem. They don't come out! Atleast for many that i know. For me? Miine always, always come out nice and easy. Always. Trust me it feels damn good. WHy? coz i know how to do it right. Apart from that, I have really seen so many people having shitting (constipation) problem. No, not that they are constipated people ok ? It's just that they cant shit & became full of shit! No intention to be crude here ok but it's the truth. I have people who look for me in Fb or come to me in person telling my about their shit. It's like they visit the damn toilet every 2-3 days to shit? Gosh that stinks really. you gotta belief me. It really stinks. I mean, i feel for them you get wad i mean? It's a horrible thing. It's a bloody nightmare... on average a healthy human being should move their bowels 2-3 times a day and maybe all the food taken the day before is cleared? These people are clearing half of a days food intake on a 2-3 days interval... Now these people are in deep shit. See the reasons why.
Do you know what is the implications of having a bad digestion for prolong period of time? Here are the common ones. :
1- Headache
2- Irritability - feel like fucking feeling. ok nvm.
3- Insomnia
4- Back pain
5- Ugly bulging tummy
6. 3ple tummy chin
7. Mood swiing
8- Ass pain when to shit but nothing comes out.
9. Vomitting
10. Cancer
It's that bad. These people are literally full of shit and whatever entails with it is, like what you can see, horrible. It has to be solved. If not. The predicted statistics of 1:3 Singaporeans will get cancer will become very possible. Now 3 in 5 people I know are suffering from constipation. So why this scary statistics? Very simply, our current diet and lifestyle. Junk food are so readily available etc. Ah sia kia eat buffet and luxurious food like nobody's business. With $ beer, drugs and cigarettes are easy to access too.
Other than some of my friends who atleast do exercise by practicing boxing or muaythai does that bit of exercise. Other's are too lazy to move their ass. The thing is if you want to at least have a normal health, you gotta exercise. If you want to learn boxing just to get your ass moving a little, can call me too. +65 91791209. Why exercising helps is because when you exercise your Qi flow in your body increases and is renewed. With more Qi, the life energy, the organs are able to self repair better and function more healthily. The Qi pushing downwards helps to improve bowel movements as well.
Anyways i have given advise to a few of my friends and they are seeing results. Personally I go to the toilet abt 2-3 times jus to make sure most are cleared etc. Else the entire day will feel very sian etc alrady.
Anyway it is impt to ensure our body is in a gd shape so that we can be n stay healthy to enjoy the beauty of life and it's every moment. Trust me u can feel it to the fullest or best, with an 'Empty' stomach . And if you are a business man or woman or simply and employee and feeding your family, it is even more important that you be in good health and always being the best in mood thus best in behavior or example for them. You perform well and people around love and are happy when you are around as you are always so positive.
As what people said, what is shown externally ie your behavior, is a reflection of what is your current state, internally. Healthy - Positive. Not healthy - Negative behaviors etc. mentally or physically.
Learn to eat proper, exercise often and love your toilet and lead the life you always deserved or dream about having.
I know it's very difficult for people to do the healthy lifestyle way to achieve the good digestive system.. but I have just the ways to go around it. no need to buy supplements, no need to watch your diet etc. and maybe even without exercise it can work. Just a few simple exercise that works that not many people know. Ask me and for a price you get it.
